Our story
Our greenhouse in Norwich was built in 2020, and first started producing tomatoes and cucumbers in 2021. In a world first, we are using heat from a nearby water treatment plant to warm the whole 16ha of greenhouses.
Harnessing wasted heat from the nations everyday activities means our carbon footprint is up to 60% lower carbon emissions and is one of the lowest of any tomato or cucumber producer.
Crop productivity in our greenhouse is ten times higher than what can be produced without a greenhouse. We also use ten times less water than traditional farming and thanks to our innovate recirculation technology, we don’t waste a drop.
Our expertly grown tomatoes and cucumbers are high quality and as fresh as it comes, moving quickly from plant to plate. By rooting our business on British soil, we make our supply chain as short and efficient as they can be, reducing unnecessary food miles.
