Trainee Team Leader - Production

Location: Norwich, Norfolk

We are in our first season with ambitious plans to develop and are now looking to build our team for the future.

We currently have up to 4 permanent vacancies for enthusiastic people to join our team at an early stage in its development with the opportunity to shape the way we work and make a real impact. We are based in Kirby Bedon, 4 miles from Norwich city centre. Accommodation will be available on site soon.

Pay range £9.50 -£10.00 per hour.

40 hours per week with overtime in the summer season and weekend working needed

Maintenance Engineer

Location:            Barnham, Sussex

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business, operating with a variety of machinery and equipment on site. The ideal candidate will have some electrical knowledge and work as part of our maintenance team to ensure day to day operations run as smoothly as possible. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can be trusted to work alone, as well as in a team and capable of balancing and prioritising a list of ongoing jobs.

Basic mechanical knowledge is a must, and responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Maintenance of boilers and heating systems
  • Maintenance of all nursery equipment (trollies, sprayers, chargers and batteries)
  • Irrigation System Maintenance including reservoirs, pumps etc
  • Fabricating, welding etc
  • Site Maintenance – buildings and grounds
  • Health and Safety Hazards
  • Installation of new equipment and structures.

The candidate should be able to communicate with both the management teams and nursery teams, and where necessary, be able to work with onsite contractors when required. We are looking for someone look to offer further support for further qualifications to the right individual, who showcases the right abilities.
